Returns Policy

We want you to love every Kidliva purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, you can return most new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

If the return is due to our mistake such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product. We'll also cover the return shipping cost.

Once your return is handed over to the courier, you can typically expect your refund within 2 weeks, though most refunds are processed much faster.

This includes:

• 7 business days for us to process your returned item after it arrives,
• 10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund.

How to return an item:

• Log in to your Kidliva account.
• Go to ‘My Account’ → ‘Complete Orders’.
• Find the order you want to return and click ‘Return Item(s)’.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your refund.
